"At the beginning of 2020, I decided I was ready to look for a place to buy. As a first time home buyer, I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted exactly or where. I did know it had to be walking distance to a park, coffee shop and other amenities. I was also looking for a place that was equidistant from the airport and my office.
During my search, I was conflicted between buying a house or a condo. As we searched, Amanda started to kindly nudge me towards looking at condos given my lifestyle. All I can say is she was right! I found the perfect condo for me.
As for my favorite part of my home, I LOVE the view from my balcony. I can see all of downtown Denver which looks amazing at night. And the sunrises…! Perfect for a cup of coffee and journaling in the morning. What I also love is the condo community in my building. I’ve made some really wonderful friends here and it’s been the perfect place for me, especially during the last two years of Covid.
It's been almost two years since I closed on my condo. When I think back to the process, I can honestly say that Amanda was there for me every step of the way. Given that this was my first home, I was a bit overwhelmed by the process. Amanda was supportive, honest, and helped me navigate each phase of the home buying process.
