"When we started our search for a new house, we didn't really have a timeline or a preferred neighborhood; we just wanted the perfect house for our family of four. A larger entertaining area and an outdoor living space were on our wish list, but most of all it had to feel right. And even though it was hard to find that perfect place, as soon as we walked into this house, we knew this was it! We fell in love immediately! The cul-de-sac is great for our girls to ride their bikes, and the location is perfect for our family walks on the canal, to DeKoven Park, and the Cherry Hills Market restaurants and shops.
Our favorite place in the house would have to be the kitchen/living room as well as the extended living room...the patio. It is all so full of light and the best part is its easy to entertain in and organize. We've already made so many lovely memories in this house with evenings full of friends; grilling, enjoying the firepit, and letting the kids run around. They even get to utilize the big hill with their slip n' slide in the summer and sledding in the winter. We are so looking forward to this summer!
Looking back at the buying process, Amanda helped us tremendously. She is very practical but creative at the same time. Amanda is honest, extremely detailed, and always meets timelines. She listened to our concerns and things that excites us and reminded us of those at the appropriate times. We are so happy she helped us find our beautiful, new home."
